Massachusetts based adoption agency, Full Circle Adoptions & Family Building Center, Inc. is pleased to report that the agency has earned full Hague Accreditation from the Council on Accreditation for both in-coming and outgoing international adoption. Hague Accreditation authorizes Full Circle to provide inter-country adoption services pursuant to the Hague Treaty which entered into force for the United States on April 1, 2008. Licensed by the Commonwealth since 1996, Full Circle provides both domestic adoption services and inter-country adoption services.
